Our Building Assessment reports include a combination of inspections and recommendations. One such assessment conducted during a Building Assessment is the Roofing Evaluation of the commercial or apartment property. After completing an on-site inspection, our report details the results of the inspection – including roofing conditions and structure analysis, eaves trough flow, draining efficiency, evaluation of any rooftop units, and areas that could provide potential concern in the short and long term time periods. Our report outlines areas that require improvements, recommended time periods for these improvements to occur before deterioration, and approximate costs to complete the upgrades.
