Our Building Assessment report includes a combination of inspections and recommendations. One such assessment conducted during a Building Assessment is the Structural Evaluation of the commercial or apartment property. After completing an on-site inspection, our report details the results of the inspection – including cracking, property movements/shifting, and areas that could provide potential concern in the short and long term time periods. Our report outlines areas that require improvements, recommended time periods for these improvements to occur before deterioration, and approximate costs to complete the upgrades.
