Quantity Surveying: An Introduction

| ,

To date, we have completed and maintain all the mandatory designations and certifications approved by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Furthermore, as APEGGA accredited engineers, we bring in-depth structural background and knowledge to new development projects.

Our reporting is based on a two phase approach: Phase One: Thorough review of all initial background work including: working drawings and specifications, soils reports and Phase I Environmental assessments, construction scheduling, permits, soft and hard cost invoices, contract and subcontract documents, project budgets in relation to commitment letter. Phase Two: On-going monthly review for duration of project including: soft cost invoices, construction progress costs, on-site inspection, and complete report inclusive of background documents used to compile report figures, and site photographs that is sent to client and lender.

Our process is efficient, effective, and thorough as we recognize that maintaining project timeline flow and adhering to construction deadlines are of upmost importance to our clients and lenders.

We look forward to working with you on a project in the near future. We appreciate you using the services of Venture Engineering and if you have any further questions please contact our office.
